She holds a DBA from Lawrence Technological University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University. His unique career positions him as a partner to CEOs, with his expertise in environments that demand clarity and rapid improvement. Patrick spent two decades at Ford Motor Company in finance leadership roles in product development, warranty, procurement, and corporate strategy. He managed global spending plans, led Ford’s company-wide strategy forums, and led the redesign of warranty reserve systems, managing over $5 billion. After Ford, Patrick stepped into CFO roles at AutoAlert and Autosoft DMS, two software companies in the automotive tech sector. Tom Sheren is a finance and data leader with deep experience helping organizations bring structure, clarity, and insight to complex financial and ERP-driven environments. His work spans FP&A, cost accounting, data analytics, and financial systems, with a particular focus on manufacturing and operationally intensive businesses. Tom specializes in translating messy, fragmented data from ERP systems and adjacent sources into decision-ready reporting that leadership teams can trust. Currently, Tom serves as a Senior FP&A and Data Consultant at Enhance C-Suite, where he leads multiple client engagements across forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analytics. He designs and implements advanced Power BI reporting solutions that sit on top of ERP platforms, integrating data through SQL, Power Query, DAX, VBA, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve financial visibility. Previously, Tom held senior finance roles within manufacturing and distribution companies, including FP&A Manager at Graceland Fruit and CFO of Midwest Supply. In these roles, he partnered closely with operations and IT to optimize ERP usage, led budgeting and S&OP processes, directed cost accounting functions, standardized global ERP-based reporting, and drove measurable operational improvements—including margin expansion, cost reductions, and significant productivity gains. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and a minor in Accounting from Central Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, and has passed the Level I CFA exam.
